About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The Room Attendant will maintain storeroom organization, replenish supplies, remove trash and linens, and report any maintenance issues. The position also involves spot cleaning and acting as a gracious host to all visitors.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to maintain timeliness and attendance
• Professionalism
• Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
• Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
• Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2 years hotel housekeeping experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Advanced knowledge of cleaning products and practices preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures all guest rooms meet standards of room/suite cleanliness.
• Maintains shelf organization in the storerooms.
• Replenishes storeroom supplies.
• Removes trash and dirty linens from rooms/suites.
• Reports maintenance problems or completing work repair orders.
• Spot cleaning walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc.
