You’ll transform our rooms into sanctuaries of relaxation, ensuring every corner of our Marblehead destination is spotless, sanitized, and perfectly prepared for adventure. Your Impact on the Guest Experience The Gold Standard of Clean: You’ll thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and public spaces—dusting, vacuuming, and mopping until every mirror and surface reflects our commitment to quality. The Perfect Welcome: From crisp bed linens to plush, freshly replaced towels, you’ll ensure that every guest feels the "elevated stay" the moment they walk through the door. Thoughtful Restocking: You’ll keep our amenities flowing—from luxury toiletries and soaps to the essential morning coffee/tea and mini-bar snacks. Communication & Safety: Act as our eyes and ears on the floor, reporting maintenance needs or repairs immediately to keep the property in top shape while strictly respecting guest privacy. Personalized Service: You’ll handle guest requests and lost-and-found items with the friendly, professional demeanor that defines Lake Erie hospitality. Logistics Mastery: Keep your housekeeping cart organized and your supply closets stocked, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed during your shift. Responsibilities
