About The Position

The Fairfield Inn & Suites® by Marriott Buffalo Airport is looking for Room Attendants to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, including cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. The position also involves reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to a supervisor, providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests, and working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Can lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
• Engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• Clean floors, vacuum, change linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Work typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
