About The Position

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brandon is looking for Room Attendants with good attention to detail to join our team! The Room Attendant will promote a positive image of the property to guests and take on the role of professional ambassadors of the hotel, providing excellent guest experiences and reliable brand standards. We are looking for responsible, friendly people with integrity. If you are detail-oriented and someone who takes initiative, then we think you could be a good fit for our team. The Housekeeping department is a crucial part of our overall operation and there is never a dull moment. Requirements

• Ability to work independently
• Must adhere to grooming standards
• Must adhere to all safety guidelines when using cleaning materials
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• Must be able to bend, push, pull, kneel, lift and stand for extended periods of time
• Good attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand goals
• Thoroughly clean assigned rooms
• Take initiative to offer friendly assistance or answer questions from our guests
• Thoroughly understand and implement brand service culture
• Perform all shift checklist responsibilities
• Perform other duties or projects assigned by management
• Perform other duties as required
