About The Position
Join the housekeeping team at White Elephant Aspen, a luxury mountain retreat known for exceptional service, timeless style, and impeccable attention to detail. We are looking for dedicated Room Attendants who take pride in creating a spotless, welcoming environment for our guests. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in shaping each guest’s experience by ensuring every detail meets our brand’s refined expectations. Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and cleanliness
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional and discreet demeanor with guests
- Previous housekeeping experience (luxury hospitality a plus)
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and public areas
- Handle guest requests with care and professionalism
- Replenish linens, towels, amenities, and supplies
- Follow safety protocols for chemical and equipment use
- Report maintenance issues or lost & found items
- Uphold guest privacy, security, and hotel confidentiality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized supply closet and work station
