About The Position
The Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, is hiring Room Attendants for its Housekeeping department. Room Attendants clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner and according to hotel procedures and standards. The role also involves keeping the linen cart neat and stocked, reporting room maintenance issues, securing issued equipment and supplies, reporting lost-and-found items, and responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner. The work contributes directly to guest satisfaction. The position starts at $17.00 per hour. Associates are assigned no more than 16 rooms per day, with an $8–$10 incentive for each room cleaned beyond 16. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
- Keep the linen cart neat, organized, and well stocked.
- Report areas in guest rooms that need attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC.
- Maintain the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
- Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
