About The Position

The Hampton Inn Windsor is seeking Room Attendants to join their team! This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites. The Room Attendant will clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms. The role also involves reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor and providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
• An engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• Cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
