About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant position is part of the Housekeeping Team and is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This role ensures guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay by making the hotel feel like home. The position requires performing assigned tasks to the highest quality and brand standards to make guests' experience memorable.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel is a plus
• Keen eye for detail
• Respect the importance that impeccably clean guest rooms and supplies have in a hotel
• Willingness to perform physical work
• Organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of different days and weekends
