Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and laundry equipment safety procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards
Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
Ensure all rooms are tidy, sanitized, and well-stocked
Collect, sort, and wash laundry items, including linens, towels, and guest clothing
Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
