About The Position

Autopilot Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeping team member to provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests. The role is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, restocking amenities, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. A friendly demeanor is also desired. Spanish is spoken ("Se habla español"). This position is at a hotel owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee controls the hotel’s employment practices, including recruiting, hiring, salary, benefits, compensation decisions, and collection and processing of personal data. The employee would work for the franchisee, not Hilton, and would be eligible for compensation or benefits only as provided by the franchisee.

Requirements

Attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to work quickly and efficiently, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
Cleaning experience is preferred; one year is listed as preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
Check rooms to ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
Ensure all safety regulations are followed.
Report maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
