About The Position
Red Lion Bellevue and Hilton Hotel Bellevue are seeking Room Attendants/Housekeepers. As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guests' requests, in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding cleanliness, service, and financial profitability.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must have the ability to constantly lift/push pull 40 lbs with or without accommodation
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel and/or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, which includes: changing linen and making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows, and wiping walls and baseboards.
- Report to the Housekeeping office clean and available rooms, stay overs, late checkouts, and early departures.
- Keep Housekeeping cart clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Greet all guests immediately with a friendly acknowledgement
- Replenish guest room amenities
- Clean outdoor guest room balconies, as required
- Respond with urgency and professionalism to guest special requests
- Report maintenance items for repair
