Requirements

Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly.
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Roofing or construction experience.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience with asphalt shingles, metal roofing, or low-slope roofing systems.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain.
Experience operating construction equipment or trailers.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and replace systems, including asphalt shingles, metal, and other materials.
Remove old materials and prepare surfaces.
Install underlayment, flashing, vents, ridge caps, and drip edge.
Inspect for leaks, storm damage, and structural issues, making necessary repairs.
Properly operate tools, equipment, ladders, and safety systems.
