Requirements

Reliable: You show up on time, work hard, and can be counted on to contribute to the crew.
Teachable: Willing to learn new roofing and construction skills, receive feedback, and continue developing your abilities.
Safety-Conscious: Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, using roofing tools and equipment, and lifting up to 80 lbs. while following required safety practices.
Qualified Driver: You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past five years.
Team-Oriented: You work well alongside others and share our commitment to quality, humility, excellence, and serving others well.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in construction or a similar hands-on field is preferred but not required—we are willing to train someone eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Install commercial roofing systems on primarily flat and industrial roofs, including liquid coatings and fabric-reinforced systems.
Spray polyurethane foam and apply protective roof coatings using applicators and spraying equipment.
Lay and repair PVC roofing membranes to help deliver durable, high-quality results.
Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, and areas requiring repair, and prepare surfaces by cleaning, removing debris, and completing minor repairs.
Measure cut, position, and secure roofing materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialized roofing equipment.
Transport & Maintain tools, equipment, and materials while driving a company truck and trailer to job sites, keeping vehicles and work areas clean and organized, and helping the crew keep projects on schedule.
Follow OSHA requirements, fall-protection practices, and our company safety procedures while working on rooftops and climbing ladders.
