About The Position
We are working with a well established residential roofing contractor who operations across Maryland. They are on the lookout for an experienced Roofing Specialist to join their team. This role is heavily customer care based. You will keep an open line of communication with homeowners throughout the project cycle from initial sale to project completion. They are looking for someone who can analyze blueprints and effectively communicate with the internal sales, estimating and project management teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential Sales, Project and/or estimating management experience
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-changing environments (weather, materials, client changes)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Nice To Haves
- Slate and specialty roofing experience
Responsibilities
- Keep an open line of communication with homeowners throughout the project cycle from initial sale to project completion.
- Analyze blueprints.
- Effectively communicate with the internal sales, estimating and project management teams.
- Work closely with estimators, field teams, and clients to understand project requirements.
