About The Position

Allied Construction Services is seeking a reliable Roofing Service Technician to perform roof inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial roofing systems. This role is field-based and customer-facing, requiring strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Requirements

• 1+ years of roofing, service technician, or related construction experience preferred
• Working knowledge of low-slope/commercial roofing systems (TPO, coatings, built-up roofing) a plus
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Nice To Haves

• Experience with commercial or industrial roof maintenance and leak repair
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks, punctures, and other roof system failures
• Perform routine roof maintenance and inspections on commercial/industrial properties
• Apply roof coatings, sealants, and patching materials as needed
• Communicate findings and recommended repairs to customers and office staff
• Complete accurate service reports, photos, and documentation for each job
• Operate service vehicle and maintain tools/equipment in good working order
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
