About The Position

CentiMark is hiring a Roofing Service Foreperson for the Chelmsford, Massachusetts market. The foreperson supervises and trains a crew of 6 to 8 people and ensures the crew operates to optimize safety, service, and quality. The role involves commercial and industrial roofing repairs and offers career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roof repairs.
• Working knowledge of commercial and industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to climb ladders up and down to a minimum height of 25 feet.
• Able to work within a team environment.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays if necessary.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
