About The Position
This role is for a Roofing Sales Trainee in Fort Worth, TX and Dallas. The company is looking for driven, people-oriented individuals who are ready to learn and succeed in a performance-driven sales environment. No prior roofing experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The position involves direct interaction with homeowners to identify potential storm and hail damage, educate them on roofing options and the restoration process, and assist them through the insurance claim process. The goal is to close opportunities and build strong customer relationships, leading to completed projects.
Requirements
- Must be willing to drive to Dallas/Lewisville daily.
- Competitive, motivated, and ready to put in the work to build a rewarding sales career.
- Confident approaching homeowners, starting conversations, and building trust face-to-face.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a pickup truck, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
- Willing to learn, take feedback, and follow a proven sales process.
Responsibilities
- Visit neighborhoods, knock doors, and create conversations with homeowners.
- Look for potential storm and hail damage and help homeowners understand what you discover.
- Explain roofing options, the restoration process, and what they can expect from start to finish.
- Help customers navigate the insurance claim process and keep their project moving.
- Turn qualified opportunities into completed projects while delivering a great customer experience.
