About The Position

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative for their Northwest Arkansas location. This is a 1099 commission-based position with uncapped earning potential, targeting individuals motivated by high income and building their own business. The role involves significant field work, including door-to-door sales, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding them through the roofing and insurance restoration process. Shamrock provides brand, systems, training, and operational support, while the representative is expected to be self-motivated and proactive in prospecting.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation.
  • Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs; must not be afraid of heights.
  • Must be able to transport a ladder in your vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and disciplined.
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
  • Cell phone required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and community networking.
  • Conduct roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage accurately.
  • Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, insurance claims processes, and Shamrock's services.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, close sales, and collect signed contracts.
  • Manage projects from contract signing through completion, serving as the homeowner's primary point of contact.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle to drive referrals and repeat business.
