Earnings Potential: Entry‑Level Roofing Sales Representative: $100,000–$165,000/year Experienced Roofing Sales Representative: $140,000–$165,000/year Sales Leadership: $200K–$350K+/year ( NO CAP ) (Top performers regularly exceed these ranges.)
