About The Position

Vault Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to build a rewarding career in roofing and home improvement sales. We provide training, support, and appointments to help you succeed. We assist homeowners in protecting and enhancing their homes with roofing and gutter solutions, supported by industry-leading warranties and expert installation. As we expand, we are looking for ambitious sales professionals eager to grow with us and establish a long-term career.

Requirements

Ability to work a 5-day work week between Monday-Saturday, with Saturdays being mandatory.
Strong communication skills.
Self-disciplined and money motivated.
Proficient in using technology (laptop, mobile device, tablet, etc.).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week.
Earn additional commission for self-generated business.
Drive to pre-set appointments.
Complete a thorough two-week training program.
Attend weekly sales meetings.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Work with supporting departments to manage jobs from sale to completion.
