About The Position

Tadlock Roofing is looking for driven sales professionals who know how to close. This is a 100% commission sales opportunity with one of Florida's most trusted roofing companies. The ideal candidate will be based in or around Panama City, with additional opportunities throughout the Pensacola market.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience is required.
• Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting goals.
• Self-starter who is comfortable generating their own business.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Self-generated sales experience is preferred.
• Roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Outside sales, home improvement, construction, or in-home sales experience is a plus.
• Military or veteran experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners (leads provided!) to inspect roofs and recommend roofing solutions.
• Close residential roofing sales.
• Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and prospecting.
• Follow up on company-provided opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Manage your sales pipeline from first contact through project completion.
