This is a high-income sales opportunity with uncapped commissions, strong support, and real growth potential. No roofing experience? No problem. If you’re motivated and coachable, we’ll train you. This is a true sales role — not hourly, not capped, and not limited. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Roofing or construction experience
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and generate new business
- Perform roof inspections (training provided)
- Guide customers through the insurance & sales process
- Close deals and manage your pipeline
- Build referrals and repeat business
