The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading national roofing company to identify driven, customer-focused Roofing Sales Representatives. This organization isn’t just repairing roofs—they’re building trust, restoring homes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction to project completion. We’re seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, people-driven environment. In this role, you’ll serve as the face of the company in your community—connecting with homeowners, conducting roof inspections, and guiding customers through the insurance and sales process with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, even when managing multiple clients
  • Goal-driven with a desire to exceed expectations
  • Resilient and motivated in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable walking on roofs, climbing ladders/stairs, and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and door-to-door outreach while establishing a strong local presence.
  • Conduct roof inspections, develop sales strategies, present solutions, and secure signed agreements while keeping clients informed throughout the process.
  • Clearly explain roofing conditions, options, and recommendations while preparing tailored proposals based on customer needs.
  • Provide concierge-level service to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up consistently with leads and active clients.
  • Act as a professional and courteous ambassador both in the field and within the community.
