About The Position

Bone Dry Roofing, a leading residential roofing company in the Midwest, is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative for its RCV division. This role involves expanding the customer base by connecting with homeowners, property managers, and contractors to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions. The company emphasizes building strong relationships, exceptional craftsmanship, and a collaborative spirit. The position includes access to an industry-leading sales system and provided leads. Responsibilities include daily appointments, inspections, providing detailed estimates, sales, follow-ups, customer financing, customer care, customer service, and safety.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Pass a background check
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders to access attics and roof tops to determine roof work needs
  • Daily travel in the home market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and attire
  • First-rate time management, organization, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to exercise initiative and a considerable amount of independent judgment and dependability

Nice To Haves

  • Previous roofing industry experience preferred
  • Commercial roofing experience a plus
  • Military service is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Represent RCV, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity.
  • Provide customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
  • Inspect roofs and diagnose residential and/or commercial properties for Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Attic Insulation, Soffit and Fascia services.
  • Conduct client and adjuster meetings.
  • Measure, calculate, and estimate products/services to be rendered.
  • Follow up with clients to answer questions about estimates.
  • Assist clients with budget constraints by processing finance applications.
  • Conduct closing meetings to obtain signed contracts.
  • Maintain knowledge of product options and warranty options.
  • Possess basic knowledge of installation/application of all services offered.
  • Diplomatically resolve conflicts and protect the RCV brand and team.
  • Represent RCV at various trade, community, and charitable events.
  • Maintain responsive and professional communication with clients and co-workers.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and earn recommendations for each job.
  • Adhere to RCV Safety procedures and guidelines.
