About The Position
NU Home is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join its Roofing Field Marketing & Sales Team. This door-to-door neighborhood canvassing and homeowner engagement role focuses on generating qualified leads and appointments for the roofing sales team. Representatives help homeowners learn about roofing solutions that protect their homes, improve property value, and provide long-term peace of mind. No prior experience is required; training, coaching, and support are provided. The role offers performance-based compensation, commission opportunities, bonuses and installation incentives, uncapped earning potential, and opportunities to advance into Sales Closer and Team Lead roles.

- Set qualified appointments for the Roofing Sales Team.
- Log leads and activity in the CRM.
