About The Position
NU Home is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals for its Roofing Field Marketing & Sales Team. This door-to-door neighborhood canvassing role involves engaging homeowners and generating qualified leads and appointments for the roofing sales team. Representatives introduce roofing, repair, and replacement services and help homeowners learn how quality roofing can protect their homes, improve property value, and provide long-term peace of mind. No experience is required; training is provided. The role offers performance-based compensation, commission opportunities, bonuses, installation incentives, and uncapped earning potential. Compensation details are reviewed during the interview. Growth opportunities include fast-track promotion into Sales Closer and Team Lead roles.

- Set qualified appointments for the Roofing Sales Team.
- Log leads and activity in the CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly production goals.
