Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow up consistently.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of roofing materials and installation processes; training is provided.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and educate them about products and services.
Conduct in-home consultations, provide accurate estimates, and close sales.
