Roofing Sales Representative
About The Position
Tadlock Roofing is seeking motivated and driven sales professionals for a 100% commission Roofing Sales Representative position. This role offers unlimited earning potential for individuals who excel at closing deals, enjoy interacting with homeowners, and are capable of generating their own business. The ideal candidate will be based in or around Panama City, FL, with opportunities extending to the Pensacola market. As a representative of one of Florida's most trusted roofing companies with over 40 years of success, you will inspect roofs, recommend solutions, and manage the sales pipeline from start to finish, fostering lasting customer relationships.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience is required.
- Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting goals.
- Self-starter who is comfortable generating their own business.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Self-generated sales experience is preferred.
- Roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Outside sales, home improvement, construction, or in-home sales experience is a plus.
- Military or veteran experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and recommend roofing solutions.
- Close residential roofing sales.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and prospecting.
- Follow up on company-provided opportunities.
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Manage sales pipeline from first contact through project completion.
