About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70,000-$150,000+ per year, with top performers making over $200,000. The role involves generating leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach, inspecting roofs, gutters, and siding, educating homeowners, writing and closing roofing contracts, collecting payments, and managing projects from start to finish. The company offers a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, and bonus pay through competitions. Veterans are encouraged to apply. This is a year-round job in outside D2D sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License is required
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter.
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you. Company trucks may be available for general use during business hours to check out. You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable with D2D sales
• Self-generating leads are expected
