About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a passionate, idea-driven, and leadership-oriented Roofing Sales Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70,000-$150,000+ per year, with top performers making over $200,000. The company provides systems, brand power, and back-end support, along with a detailed training program and opportunities for upward mobility. They are a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and are expanding across the Midwest and South. Veterans are encouraged to apply. The role requires comfort with door-to-door (D2D) sales, with some company leads provided, but self-generation of leads is expected. Roofing sales is a year-round job.

Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
Reliable Transportation (must be able to carry a ladder; company trucks may be available for general use during business hours for those 21+ with a completed MVR check)

Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including criminal history and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company driving standards and background criteria.
