About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Project Manager to join their expanding team across the Midwest and South. This is a commission-based, full-time position with significant earning potential, averaging $70K–$150K+ annually, with top performers making over $200K. The company offers a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, and bonus incentives. The role involves generating leads, inspecting properties, writing and closing contracts, collecting payments, and managing projects from start to finish. While some company leads are provided, self-generation through door-to-door sales is expected. This is a year-round career opportunity.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file (for company truck use)

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
