About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Project Manager for their Northwest Arkansas location. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70,000 - $150,000+ per year, with top performers making over $200,000. The company is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and is expanding. They offer a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, and bonus pay through competitions. The role involves generating leads, inspecting properties, closing contracts, collecting payments, and managing projects from start to finish. While some company leads are provided, self-generation through door-to-door sales is expected. This is a year-round job.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation (must be able to carry a ladder; company trucks may be available for general use during business hours for those 21+ with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check)
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Must be comfortable with D2D sales
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file to use company trucks

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
