Shamrock Roofing and Construction is a Top 40 roofing contractor in the United States, built on a reputation for quality, community involvement, and results. As we continue expanding across the Midwest and South, we're looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Liberty, MO and the surrounding area. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based earnings, ideal for a self-motivated professional who wants control over their schedule and income potential. We proudly hire veterans. This role combines outside sales with project management. Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door sales — you'll generate your own business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, in addition to company-provided leads, then manage each project from initial inspection through final payment. Roofing sales is a steady, year-round career in this market.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales — this is a core part of the role
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation required (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Access to a cell phone
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
• Prepare, present, and close roofing contracts
• Collect payment
• Manage each project from contract to completion
