About The Position
Heritage Roofing and Construction is seeking experienced roofing sales professionals who are ready to transition from personal sales to leadership roles. This position offers a fast track into management, with opportunities to build and lead a high-performing sales team in the North San Antonio area, including New Braunfels, Schertz, Cibolo, Bulverde, Boerne, and surrounding regions. The role involves continued field production while developing leadership skills, recruiting, coaching, and developing new sales representatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
- Comfortable climbing and inspecting residential roofs.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Proven ability to generate business.
- Strong communication and leadership potential.
- Competitive, coachable, and performance-driven.
- Comfortable with door-to-door field sales.
- Interested in recruiting, coaching, and developing others.
Nice To Haves
- Residential storm restoration experience preferred.
- Understand storm restoration.
Responsibilities
- Continue producing in the field while developing leadership skills.
- Generate residential roofing and restoration opportunities.
- Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage.
- Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process.
- Manage projects from inspection through completion.
- Recruit and help onboard new sales representatives.
- Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs.
- Help develop new team members.
- Lead through personal production and accountability.
- Help build Heritage’s North San Antonio sales team.
