This is a high commission-based opportunity with potential for significant annual earnings ($150,000 – $300,000+) based on performance and effort. Requirements
- Roofing Sales experience preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and opportunities
- Ability to transport and carry a ladder and safely walk on roofs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Conduct roof inspections by safely accessing and evaluating residential roofs
- Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing needs and replacement options
- Prepare project estimates and present roofing solutions
- Facilitate project agreements between homeowners and Universal Roof & Contracting
- Build your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and personal lead generation
