Requirements

2-4 years of outside sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, solar, pest control, construction, or similar industries)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely carry ladders weighing up to 100 lbs. and climb roofs as needed
Comfortable using CRM software, iPads, and mobile technology

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior storm damage.
Generate your own opportunities while working company-provided leads.
Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior restoration solutions.
Build trust, solve problems, and close sales.
Safely climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
Use company technology (CRM, iPad, mobile apps) to manage your pipeline and customer communication.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from inspection through signed contract.
