Requirements
- Proven sales experience (in-home sales preferred; roofing experience a plus)
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to earn at a high level
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to generate self-sourced opportunities in addition to company leads
- Comfortable working at heights and completing roof assessments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a background check

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations and roof evaluations with homeowners
- Present and sell Metlok’s innovative roofing system with confidence and expertise
- Educate customers on the long-term value, durability, and design advantages of our product
- Build and maintain a pipeline through company leads and personal referrals
- Prepare contracts and ensure accurate documentation
- Deliver a high-end customer experience that reflects our premium brand
