About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking ambitious individuals to join their team as Roofing Restoration Specialists. This is a door-to-door, in-the-field sales and project management role where you will connect with storm-affected homeowners, assist them with the insurance claims process, and oversee the restoration of their homes. The company provides a 90-day training program for those without prior roofing experience, offering a base salary plus bonuses and commission during training. Requirements

• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
• Outgoing personality and comfortable interacting with people, particularly in a door-to-door setting.
• Valid driver's license.
• Possession of a pickup truck or the ability to acquire one within 60 days.
• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and consistently knocking on doors.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, as demonstrated by success in previous roles (e.g., former athletes, military veterans, hospitality professionals).

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and go door-to-door to build relationships with homeowners.
• Identify storm damage and explain the restoration process to homeowners.
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish.
• Oversee projects from the initial contact to the final shingle installation, ensuring high-quality service.
• Build a referral network to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
