Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have previous roofing repair experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Prior experience in roofing repair and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices
- Comfortable operating basic hand tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights over 5 feet for extended periods
- Comfortable accessing tight spaces, and standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for sustained periods
- Hardworking, dependable, and willing to do what it takes
- Flexible schedule availability
Responsibilities
- Conduct roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks, damage, or general wear and tear
- Perform repairs and maintenance, including replacing shingles, repairing flashing, and sealing leaks
- Install new roofing materials as needed, following safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and schedule repair jobs efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain repair options, answer questions, and provide excellent service
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job
