Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have previous roofing repair experience
Valid driver's license required
Prior experience in roofing repair and maintenance
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices
Comfortable operating basic hand tools and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights over 5 feet for extended periods
Comfortable accessing tight spaces, and standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for sustained periods
Hardworking, dependable, and willing to do what it takes
Flexible schedule availability

Responsibilities

Conduct roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks, damage, or general wear and tear
Perform repairs and maintenance, including replacing shingles, repairing flashing, and sealing leaks
Install new roofing materials as needed, following safety and quality standards
Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and schedule repair jobs efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers to explain repair options, answer questions, and provide excellent service
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job
