Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests.
Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall.
Ability to lift 100 LBS or more.
Knowledge of basic roofing tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible and able to comply with variable work schedules.
Capable of bending over most of the day and working on knees excessively throughout the day.
Ability to withstand demands of extreme weather conditions and high temperatures.
Able to pass a government background check per project requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform roofing duties associated with roof tear offs: scraping with force, shovelling heavy material, transporting material
Remove clutter on roof while maintaining a clean and neat work environment
Transport hot tar from kettle to work area
Clean and maintain roofing equipment
Performs all other duties as assigned
