About The Position

We are seeking a Roofing Operations Manager to oversee daily roofing operations, project scheduling, crews, subcontractors, customer communication, and quality control. This role is responsible for ensuring roofing projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of roofing, construction, or project management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience scheduling crews and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to read contracts, scopes of work, and project documents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM and project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing projects from contract signing through completion.
• Schedule crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct job site visits and quality control inspections.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and office teams.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide project updates.
• Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop field personnel.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
