About The Position

Velaz Group LLC is seeking an experienced Roofing Closer Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Roofing Closers. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, improving closing ratios, mentoring sales professionals, and ensuring the team consistently achieves company goals. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with extensive experience in the roofing and home improvement industry who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of roofing sales experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing or leading a sales team.
Proven success in Roofing and Home Improvement Sales.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience improving team performance and closing percentages.
Strong knowledge of insurance restoration claims is a plus.
Ability to analyze KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading residential roofing sales teams.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting software.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Roofing Closers.
Conduct daily sales meetings, role-playing sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
Monitor individual and team KPIs, including closing ratio, revenue, appointments, and self-generated leads.
Develop strategies to improve sales performance and increase closing percentages.
Train new Roofing Closers on company products, the sales process, objection handling, insurance restoration, and presentation techniques.
Review sales presentations and provide coaching to improve performance.
Ensure all sales representatives follow company policies and ethical sales practices.
Work closely with Recruiting, Operations, Production, and Project Management to support company growth.
Track sales metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
Build a positive, accountable, and results-driven sales culture.
