About The Position
Grace Roofing and Sheet Metal Enterprise is a family owned and operated company specializing in Residential and Commercial roofing. We have an immediate opening for a crew leader skilled in all types of residential & commercial roofing to work collaboratively with the team. Candidate is expected to demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, quality focus, teamwork, willingness to learn, dependability and a positive work attitude through effective interaction with co-workers, customers, managers and respectful communication.
Requirements
- Proficiency and knowledge of roof construction and components.
- Punctuality and excellence in performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead a crew working on residential and commercial re-roofs.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise to the roofing crew.
- Maintain a clean job site.
- Communicate and work well with fellow employees and customers.
