Farha Roofing is looking for an experienced Residential Roofing Foreman to lead our residential roofing crews. Requirements

Previous experience as a Residential Roofing Foreman or Crew Leader required.
Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, installation techniques, and best practices.
Comfortable working on steep-slope roofs and at heights.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise residential roofing crews on steep-slope roofing projects.
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to Farha Roofing's quality standards.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members throughout each project.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job site activities.
Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability.
Follow all OSHA and company safety policies.
