Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Experience with commercial roofing systems such as: TPO PVC EPDM Metal Roofing BUR (Built-Up Roofing)
- Experience performing take-offs and material quantification
- Desire to grow with a company long term
Responsibilities
- Reviewing scopes of work and project requirements
- Performing quantity take-offs and material calculations
- Preparing labor and material estimates
- Reading plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Obtaining and evaluating vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Collaborating with sales, operations, and project teams
- Reviewing project scopes to ensure accuracy before pricing is finalized
- Assisting with public bid and negotiated projects across multiple roofing systems
