Roofing Crews, Roofers & Helpers Wanted
About The Position
We are looking for experienced roofing crews, individual roofers, and motivated helpers for steady, year-round work throughout Southeast Florida. We are also interested in speaking with qualified independent roofing contractors and established crews regarding subcontracting opportunities. We want people who show up consistently and are ready to work, take pride in quality workmanship, work safely and efficiently, can work outdoors in Florida conditions, have reliable transportation, work well as part of a crew, and want steady opportunities and long-term growth. Employee applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements. Independent contractors must hold a current and valid Florida contractor license to be considered.
Requirements
- Experience with tile, shingle, metal, TPO, modified bitumen, and other roofing systems is valuable.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Able to perform physical labor.
- Ability to follow all company safety requirements.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work well as part of a crew.
- Authorized to work in the United States (for employee applicants).
- Able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements.
- Current and valid Florida contractor license (for independent contractors).

Responsibilities
- Complete roofing tasks as part of a crew.
- Perform roofing labor and follow safety requirements.
- Work outdoors in Florida conditions.

- Meet applicable licensing, insurance, documentation, safety, and subcontractor qualification requirements for independent contractors.
