ROOFING CREWS, ROOFERS & HELPERS WANTED
About The Position
We are growing and need experienced roofing crews, individual roofers, and motivated helpers for steady, year-round work throughout Southeast Florida. We are looking for complete roofing crews, experienced roofers, roofing helpers/laborers, crew leaders, and independent roofing contractors & established crews. Experience with tile, shingle, metal, TPO, modified bitumen, and other roofing systems is especially valuable. For employee opportunities, experienced employee roofers may qualify for piece-rate compensation, providing excellent earning potential based on productivity and experience. For roofing helpers, we are looking for dependable helpers and laborers who are ready to work, learn the trade, and grow with the company. You must be comfortable working outdoors, working at heights, performing physical labor, and following all company safety requirements. For independent contractors and crews, we are interested in speaking with qualified independent roofing contractors and established crews regarding subcontracting opportunities. Independent contractors must meet applicable licensing, insurance, documentation, safety, and subcontractor qualification requirements. Subcontracting opportunities are separate from employee positions and are subject to approval and availability.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be comfortable working outdoors
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Must be comfortable performing physical labor
- Must be able to follow all company safety requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must show up consistently and be ready to work
- Must take pride in quality workmanship
- Must work safely and efficiently
- Independent contractors must hold a current and valid Florida contractor license
- Independent contractors must meet applicable licensing, insurance, documentation, safety, and subcontractor qualification requirements
