The role offers a pure commission structure, meaning your effort directly translates to your paycheck, with potential earnings of $75,000–$150,000+ in the first year. No prior experience is needed, as the company provides paid training. The market is lucrative due to storm seasons, and the company offers a full support system including lead generation, inspection technology, marketing materials, and branded apparel. Representatives will work in local neighborhoods with a flexible schedule and the ability to scale their income.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality and fearless approach to door-to-door sales.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather.
• Hunger to learn and dominate a proven sales process – roofing knowledge not required!

Responsibilities

• Knock doors, network with property managers, and follow up on storm-event leads.
• Perform free roof inspections (we climb – you sell) and deliver professional estimates.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and financing options.
• Close high-value contracts on the spot and collect commissions weekly.
• Cultivate referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients.
