We are looking for 1099 subcontractor crew members who are for motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals who want to grow with a company that values quality, teamwork, and long-term success.

Requirements

Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar roofing role.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques (shingles, flat roofing, flashing, underlayment, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
3+ years of experience in roofing or exterior construction is required.
Basic knowledge of roofing hand tools and power tools (nail guns, cutters, roofing shovels, etc.)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

Execute high-quality exterior roofing projects, including installations, replacements, and repairs of residential and/or commercial roofing systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
